- Thesis — why the company, why now, why me.
- Diligence — primary sources where it matters (filings, tariffs, specs), not recycled blog takes.
- Week one — what I would actually do in the first 30 days if I landed the seat.
- Honest status — applied, passed, ghosted, advanced—labeled plainly when I post an entry.
What each public write-up is built to include
Context
Category, geography, regulatory environment, and the specific wedge I believe in.
Role fit
What the job actually is vs what the JD pretends it is—and where I overlap.
Numbers
When possible: unit economics, throughput, risk—same instinct as my deep dives.
Artifact
Links to anything I ship alongside the app (calcs, memos, tools) when relevant.
This is not vapor “thought leadership”
